Cinematographer (Full-Time, In-House)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Cinematographer to join our in-house team full-time. You will be responsible for capturing visually compelling shots that match the creative vision of our microdramas. This role requires both artistic sensibility and technical expertise, as well as the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced shoot environments. Candidates who own professional shooting equipment will have an advantage in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors to understand the visual style, tone, and requirements of each microdrama.
• Plan and execute shot setups, lighting, and camera movements to bring the script to life.
• Operate and maintain camera, lighting, and related equipment during shoots.
• Work closely with the production and art departments to ensure smooth shoot execution.
• Adapt quickly to location and lighting challenges, delivering high-quality footage under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography for films, web series, short-form content, or branded shoots.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, camera operations, and shot composition.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shoot requirements in a day.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Availability for full-time, in-house work in Indore.
