Chit Fund Expert Manager South India

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chit Fund Expert to spearhead the establishment and growth of a professional chit fund company modeled on leading players like Gokulam Chit Funds and similar. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of chit fund operations, regulatory compliance, financial products, and customer acquisition strategies to build a strong and trustworthy brand across South Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Setup & Expansion: Develop strategies to launch chit fund branches in target cities across South India.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to state-specific chit fund regulations and legal frameworks.
• Product Design & Pricing: Create attractive chit schemes suitable for various income segments.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and implement marketing plans to acquire customers and ensure long-term relationships.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team for operations, collections, and customer support.
• Financial Management: Oversee fund collection, auction processes, and payout cycles for transparency and profitability.
• Risk Management: Implement systems to reduce defaults and enhance customer trust.
• Brand Development: Position the company as a trustworthy and customer-centric chit fund provider.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in chit fund operations, NBFC, or financial services with leadership roles.
• Thorough knowledge of Chit Funds Act, 1982 and relevant state rules.
• Strong network in South Indian financial markets and local communities.
• Excellent skills in marketing, customer relationship, and compliance.
• Ability to manage branch operations, sales teams, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi) is a plus.

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in companies like Gokulam Chits, or similar institutions.
• MBA/Finance or related qualification is desirable.
