Job Description

Prepare and cook popular Chinese dishes like fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, momos, spring rolls, and soups. Maintain consistent taste and presentation. Handle wok-based cooking with efficiency and speed. Manage prep work (cutting vegetables, sauces, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area. Monitor stock levels and inform for timely restocking. Assist with customer interactions or taking orders. Follow safety and fire prevention procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chinese chef, preferably in a roadside stall, small eatery, or fast-food setup. Skilled in street-style Indo-Chinese recipes. Ability to work in fast-paced environments. Basic understanding of hygiene standards. Punctual, clean, and reliable. Preferred: Local candidates or those familiar with regional taste preferences.
