Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Continental Cook to prepare a variety of continental dishes with authenticity, precision, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international cuisine, strong cooking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, steaks, grilled meats, salads, soups, sauces, etc.). Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Assist in menu planning, portion control, and food costing. Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering ingredients. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas. Follow all food preparation and storage guidelines as per safety and health standards. Provide input on new recipes and culinary innovations.
