Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chinese Chef to join our culinary team at The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic Chinese cuisine, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for food presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (Szechuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.) with consistency and high quality.
• Plan, develop and execute Chinese food menus in coordination with the Executive Chef.
• Maintain food cost and portion control without compromising quality.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and food handling standards (FSSAI compliance).
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff assigned to the Chinese section.
• Monitor inventory, requisition supplies, and minimize wastage.
• Innovate seasonal and special Chinese menus for guests and events.
• Interact with guests (when required) to take feedback and enhance culinary experience.
• Work closely with the F&B service team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
