Job Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with a strong interest and foundational experience in working with children, adolescents, and families. This role is ideal for an early-career psychologist who is passionate about child mental health, wants to grow under expert guidance, and contribute meaningfully to clinical care and developmental support services.


Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Assessments

  • Conduct assessments and assist in delivering therapy sessions for children and adolescents under supervision.
  • Support in identifying and managing conditions such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and emotional regulation issues.
  • Collaborate in developing treatment plans and maintain documentation of client progress.


Program Support & Delivery

  • Assist in implementing structured intervention programs in schools, clinics, and online formats.
  • Support the development of digital and in-person therapy resources.


Parental & Educator Engagement

  • Participate in caregiver sessions and support the delivery of workshops and guidance under the supervision of senior psychologists.
  • Help parents and teachers implement therapeutic strategies at home or school.


Team Collaboration

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of therapists, special educators, and pediatricians.
  • Attend regular training sessions and clinical supervision to support professional growth.


Key Qualifications & Skills

MPhil in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology (with RCI registration preferred or pursuing it).

  • 0–2 years of experience in working with children and adolescents in clinical or school settings.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interventions, play therapy, and basic psychological assessments.
  • Experience in school counseling, teletherapy, or digital health interventions is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to engage children, parents, and educators effectively.
