Role Purpose

The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as the strategic right hand to the CMD, ensuring that the companys vision, priorities, and goals are effectively executed across departments.

This position bridges Strategy Planning Execution, enabling the CMD to focus on high-impact decisions while maintaining full organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the CMD to define annual and quarterly strategic goals.
• Track company-wide OKRs and KPIs to ensure alignment.
• Prepare strategy presentations and Board review materials.

Business Performance Monitoring

• Review performance reports from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Provide analytical summaries and decision briefs for CMD review.
• Maintain and update weekly executive dashboards.

Internal Coordination

• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and problem-solving.
• Track and ensure implementation of CMD directives and decisions.
• Manage meeting notes, documentation, and follow-ups.

External Relations

• Coordinate with media, PR, and external stakeholders on CMD initiatives.
• Support CMD in strategic partnerships and consultant engagements.

Leadership & Administrative Support

• Prioritize CMD schedule and manage key tasks and communications.
• Draft internal memos, speeches, and presentation decks for CMD.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG, Consumer, or Paints industry).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and senior-level coordination.
