The role available is for a Chief Technology Officer with a requirement of 10+ years of experience, based out of Bangalore. The responsibilities include owning the technical vision and architecture of AI-driven marketing automation platforms, building scalable and secure systems integrated with platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, evaluating and implementing ML/AI models, driving product ideation, prioritizing features and iterations, leading cross-functional teams, integrating with ad platforms, ensuring data security, scalability, and infrastructure reliability, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in software engineering, ideally with leadership experience at a product or SaaS company, deep expertise in backend systems, cloud services like AWS/GCP, API integration with Meta/Google, and modern tech stacks, solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing, a startup mindset, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
