Job Description

You will be the senior leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security, safety, loss prevention, and emergency response within the hotel. Your primary role will be to ensure the wellbeing of guests, employees, contractors, visitors, and the hotel assets while maintaining world-class hospitality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee all physical security measures within the hotel premises - Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff - Develop and execute strategies for loss prevention and risk management - Lead emergency response efforts and ensure proper protocols are in place - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address security concerns and implement effective solutions **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in a leadership role within the security or hospitality industry - In-depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations - Relevant certifications or training in security management Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in person.,
