Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Chief Safety Manager. The Chief Safety Manager will oversee occupational health and safety programs, conduct safety training sessions, ensure compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards, investigate accidents, and implement industrial safety protocols. The role involves collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and prevent workplace incidents.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Health and Safety Training skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
  • Ability to conduct thorough Accident Investigations
  • Proficiency in Industrial Safety protocols
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
  • Certification in safety management or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
