Experience: 12+ years Location: Gujarat Responsibilities: Overseeing the Regulatory Team and provide guidance, coaching, and assistance. Working with other KMPs to incorporate regulatory compliance into business plans and operations. In charge of protecting market activity monitoring and surveillance-related information technology. In charge of delivering regulatory strategies and policies to the board, regulators, and other interested parties. Participation in committees that advocate for fairness and the demands of the market overall, as well as interaction with regulators on all policy-related matters. Oversee and manage the Exchange's membership, surveillance, and inspection divisions. interacting with and coordinating with members of Statutory Regulatory Committees. Create, carry out, and supervise regulatory strategies and initiatives to guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Keeping an eye on regulatory developments and modifications, evaluating how they affect the company, and reducing any possible regulatory risks. Ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and the organization's operations, goods, and services are all in line with and adhere to legal requirements. Handling regulatory inspections, overseeing matters, and keeping an eye on the resolution of problems identified by IFSCA in all departments. Providing thought leadership assistance to different business and operations teams.
