Chief Proctor

The University invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Chief Proctor, to lead the maintenance of discipline, student welfare, and campus harmony.

Position: Chief Proctor

Location: IILM University, Greater Noida

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and ensure discipline among students within the University.

 Supervise Proctors/Assistant Proctors and coordinate disciplinary mechanisms.

 Counsel students on behavioral, ethical, and community standards.

 Handle grievances and incidents with fairness, sensitivity, and transparency.

 Coordinate with faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote a safe and inclusive

campus environment.

 Organize awareness programs on student conduct, rights, and responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Master’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience in teaching/administration in higher

education institutions.

 Proven ability to manage student discipline and welfare.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Desirable:

 Prior experience as Proctor/Deputy Proctor or similar role.

 Knowledge of university regulations, codes of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
