Role & responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational management.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize costs and timelines.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and operational teams.

Ensure timely completion of all the projects.

Ensure selection and mobilization of suitable team on sites.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in water management.

Implement best practices in quality assurance, safety, and risk management.

Oversee the execution and O&M of STP, Water Irrigation, and Water Desalination projects.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering.

20+ years of experience in water infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Extensive experience in executing and operating STP, Water Desalination and Irrigation projects.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

Proven ability to manage large teams and drive performance improvements.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the water sector.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
