Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision to physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Manage the medical facility's health programs and overall clinical operations.
Meet with the Board of Directors to evaluate and improve facility policies and procedures.
Ensure training programs are implemented and maintained for physicians and medical staff.
Ensure all staff are informed about and comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Focus on compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and government regulations.
Collaborate with facility administration and physicians to maintain and enhance standards of care.
