Job Description

Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English is mandatory. Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing, advertising, content, and PR campaigns. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through performance marketing and data-driven insights. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various functions (brand, digital, communications, etc.). Represent the brand at key industry events, media interactions, and partnership opportunities. Report on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to the executive leadership and board.
