Chief Marketing Officer (EdTech with 10+ Yrs Exp)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, managing public relations, and driving sales initiatives. They will develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and achieve business objectives, collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee a company's overall advertising and sales strategy
• 10 year experience in Marketing
• Minimum 5 year experience as Chief Marketing Officer
• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
• Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
• Market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
• Approve marketing campaign ideas
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the company's financial and branding goals

Bachelor's degree

• An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion
• Three to five years of experience in a leadership role
