About the Role

Bharat Nirman Limited is looking for experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officers to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and branding strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and offline promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Manage brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve key performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare marketing budgets and monitor ROI for all campaigns.
• Recruit monthly 10-15 new marketing associates
• Customer home demos

Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in marketing (real estate sector preferred).
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
