Position: Chief Manager - Oracle EBS Finance Functional-

Location: Halol, Gujarat

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving day to day business operation issues for smooth business operations
• Understand the priority and criticality of business urgency and adhere the SLA
• Serves as a functional Expert in e Business Suite(EBS) application deployed in financials modules(AP, AR, CM, GL, FA, Property Manager and GST)
• Co-ordination with OEM partner for bug fixes and data fixes
• Update the OEM service request and get the right fit solution from Oracle
• Support cross functional team in issues resolution for Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing modules.
• Address the business request for reporting needs and report modifications and change request fulfilment.
• Experience in Providing production support for customization and standard applications.
• Able to understand complex business requirement and design a BRD & solution and convert them into functional specification.
• Has end user, business analyst and onsite interaction experience for requirement gathering, understanding problem and working with multiple group to coordinate and carry out functional activities which include new development, maintenance and production support activities.
• Support month end closing activities and issue resolution
• Year end set up for document sequence and clearing the interface issues
