Job Description

Law Graduates with 5+ years of experience in litigation management.

Real Estate/Infrastructure/Oil & Gas Industry preferred.

Proficient in drafting in Kannada/Telugu language is mandatory

To undertake / monitor litigation and non-litigation matters, selection of advocates and briefing the matters.
Draft responses to various advocate notices, revenue notices, pleadings and vetting contracts and agreements.
To conduct research on relevant case laws and new cases laws applicable business requirements.
Maintaining litigation records and reporting to various internal and external stakeholders.
