As the Chief Growth Officer at Fitspire's Founders Office, you will be part of a team dedicated to building Nutrition with No Compromise. Led by top industry experts, our mission is to become India's most admired nutrition brand. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder as a visionary and hands-on growth leader. It is not a traditional corporate position but an opportunity to shape strategies, scale operations, and drive the business towards its next phase of growth. You will play a crucial role in influencing the P&L, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to major decisions. Located in Connaught Place, New Delhi, your key responsibilities will include partnering with the Founder to design and implement strategic growth plans across marketing, sales, product, and partnerships. You will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and utilize competitive insights to identify new opportunities. Building and nurturing strategic alliances, collaborations, and channel partnerships to accelerate expansion will be a crucial aspect of your role. Monitoring performance metrics, creating dashboards to track progress, and ensuring data-driven decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable processes while representing the brand in key industry and networking events to enhance visibility and credibility. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in growth, strategy, business leadership, or a high-impact role, with a startup background being a strong advantage. A proven track record of scaling teams, revenue, or market share in the D2C industry is essential. You should possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, as you will collaborate closely with leadership and inspire teams. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment are also key attributes for this role.
