Role & responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

  Developing and implementing financial strategies, creating budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Financial Reporting:

  Overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and presenting financial information to stakeholders.

• Risk Management:

  Identifying and assessing financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensuring the organization's financial stability.

• Cash Management:

  Managing cash flow, optimizing investments, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the organization's needs.

• Strategic Planning:

  Partnering with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, providing financial insights and guidance.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant financial laws and regulations.

• Team Leadership:

  Managing and leading the finance department, including accounting, financial analysis, and other related teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Financial Expertise:

  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and risk management.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic plans.

• Leadership and Communication:

  Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to identify and resolve financial challenges and opportunities.

• Experience:

  10 - 15 yrs experience in senior financial management roles, ideally with a proven track record of success.
