Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will be planning, forecasting, budgeting, implementing, managing, and controlling all F&A, Taxation, Treasury, ALM, Capital & Cash Management, Cost & Expense Management, Legal, Audit, Insurance, Contracts and Agreements Management,Administration related activities & directing overall financial policies of the company to ensure timely, accurate and efficient financial systems, processes, reporting & compliance. The CFO shall also have communication and support responsibilities on matters relating to shareholder relationships and Board of Directors reporting, communication and follow-up.

• To play leadership and support role in the planning and administration relating to organisational's property assets to include patents, trademarks, etc. to optimize competitive advantage and protection, as well as, enhancement to corporate market value.
• To get involved in corporate social responsibilities & ensure compliance with the Act and in analyzing and maximizing the value proposition of the same
• To manage, if required, some of the other areas such as Company Secretary, Legal, Admin, Facilities and Property.
