Role Overview: As a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for Investment & Fundraising at Cognivanta Labs, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities. This full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi will require you to prepare and analyze financial statements, develop investment strategies, and lead fundraising efforts. Your role will involve managing budgeting processes, financial reporting, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth. While the primary location is New Delhi, some work-from-home flexibility is allowed. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements - Develop and implement investment strategies - Lead fundraising efforts - Manage budgeting processes - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial stability and growth Qualifications: - Proficiency in Financial Statements, Finance, and Financial Reporting - Strong Analytical Skills and Budgeting abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Master's degree in Business and Finance or related field; MBA or CA/ CFA is a plus - Proven experience in fundraising and investment strategies - Experience in the AI or technology sector is beneficial Additional Details: This position is purely Equity based without Salary till the company gets into revenue generation.
