Chief Finance Officer– Automobile

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for our Automobile Division based in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance functions of the company. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in automobile dealership or auto component finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and accounts department across all dealership locations.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital efficiency.
• Supervise accounting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and auditing activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and implement cost control systems to optimize profitability.
• Oversee MIS, financial dashboards, and monthly performance analysis.
• Partner with management to drive business growth, risk management, and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, loans, and credit management.
• Monitor dealership-specific metrics like inventory turnover, sales margins, and receivables management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Automobile sector.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting systems, Tally ERP, and MIS reporting.
• Deep knowledge of GST, taxation, audit, and financial compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
