Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and management. The role requires strong expertise in finance and accounting, along with proven leadership at a senior executive level. The CFO will ensure financial stability, compliance, and sustainable growth while supporting business expansion and investment activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
At least 3 years of experience in a CFO or equivalent leadership role
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Hands-on experience with Odoo and Zoho Books
Proven experience in investment banking, fundraising, or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, and audits
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to work closely with senior management and stakeholders
