Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our organization, drive growth, manage operations, and strengthen our sales and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic growth plan.
• Lead and guide the Sales, Marketing, Production, HR, and Accounts teams toward achieving business goals.
• Oversee manufacturing operations and retail expansion, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities and product lines.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control with the finance team.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior management or leadership role — preferably in fashion, garment manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain, and retail operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to handle pressure and achieve results.
