5. Job Purpose / Summary:
To lead the overall operations, strategic initiatives, and business development of the organization, ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

6. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive strategic direction in alignment with the board.
• Oversee business operations across departments and plants.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership.
• Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and corporate governance.
• Represent the company to investors, partners, and regulators.

10. Education and Experience:

• MBA/Engineering Graduate
• 20+ years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a CEO role in manufacturing/industrial domain

11. Work Conditions / Environment:

• Office-based role with frequent inter-state and occasional international travel
• Fast-paced, high-responsibility, high-visibility environment

12. Authority & Decision-Making:

• Full authority over operations, budgets, and key leadership appointments
• Strategic decisions subject to board approval

13. Interdepartmental Interactions:

• Directly oversees all Functional Heads, Regional Heads, and Central Support Functions
• Regular coordination with Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹98,003.46 per month
