Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nutrition department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to dietetic staff, offering advice on complex clinical cases and nutrition-related concerns.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the nutrition team.
Clinical Nutrition Services:
Develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans for patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure the delivery of individualized nutrition care and dietary counseling to patients based on their medical conditions, preferences, and cultural considerations.
Oversee the development of patient nutrition education materials, ensuring they are evidence-based, accessible, and patient-centered.
