Dermatologist Position ( Procedural Dermatologist) Requirements MD/Diploma/DNB in dermatology with minimum 1 year experience in procedural dermatology Laser experience preferable - Diode, CO2, NdYag, RF Microneedling (Procedure Training available for selected candidates) Hair transplant experience is a plus Good rapport with team members and patients is a must. We will obtain peer, former employer and teacher referrals during hiring process Leadership qualities preferable Working Mode - Full time /Part time Commencement - As soon as Possible Practice Highlights Working hours: Negotiable Basic salary + Procedure incentive - one of the best remuneration in Kerala. Negotiable based on procedure experience and existing patient base Our Current procedural dermatologist earns more than 3 lakhs INR per month. Salary will be revised annually based on your performance Procedure incentive calculated based on the entire amount billed excluding consumables Partnership opportunity available after first year for long term commitments. You will be a shareholder for the clinic and revenue from Plastic surgery services, Hair loss treatment and dermatology will be shared Scheduled patient visits, Labs and Pharmacy onsite Lasers machines are fully available to you on day one onwards Will Market your profile in the community using TV interviews, newspaper articles, training videos and which will be valuable for your future Optional training opportunities of domestic and international in procedural dermatology This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a leader in the dermatology field and among peers.
