Role Description

The Chief Delivery Officer will oversee end-to-end service delivery operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program execution, optimizing delivery processes, driving operational excellence, and developing strategic frameworks for client engagements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet service benchmarks. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
