Altudo is seeking a Chief Architect to drive the architecture, delivery, and innovation of Sitecore-based digital experience solutions. You will lead technical teams, shape solution architectures, and ensure the successful delivery of Sitecore and composable DXP projects for enterprise clients. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership, making you a key contributor to both client success and practice growth.

As a Chief Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring architectural excellence, guiding solution delivery, and mentoring engineering teams. You will also collaborate closely with sales, product, and business stakeholders to position Altudo as a trusted Sitecore and digital experience partner.

What will you do:

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Sitecore solutions (XM Cloud, XP, Content Hub, and composable DXPs).
• Lead end-to-end solution design: discovery, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with client needs, business objectives, and industry best practices.
• Drive reusable components, accelerators, and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor Technical Architects, Developers, and Leads across projects.
• Conduct technical reviews, audit, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Client Engagement & Growth

• Act as the technical lead in pre-sales discussions, proposals, and client workshops.
• Partner with sales and business teams to shape winning solutions and delivery models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients in their Sitecore and DXP transformation journeys.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Stay current with Sitecore roadmap, composable DXP trends, MACH architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Contribute to IP creation, accelerators, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Represent Altudo at industry events, webinars, and Sitecore community forums.

Who you are

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise digital experience solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (XP, XM Cloud, Content Hub, Personalize, Send).
• Proven track record in solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Deep knowledge of .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Headless/Composable DXP, and JAMstack architecture.
• Experience leading pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
