Chief AI Officer (CAIO)

You will be joining RChilli as the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) in Mohali, reporting directly to the CEO. RChilli is a renowned global leader in HR Tech, specializing in AI-driven solutions for resume parsing, data enrichment, and talent acquisition. As the CAIO, your primary responsibility will be to drive the AI strategy, innovation, and ethical deployment of AI in the HRTech domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute RChilli's AI strategy in alignment with business objectives. - Ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance with industry regulations. - Lead AI research & development for NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics. - Oversee the implementation of AI for automated job descriptions, resume scoring, and candidate recommendations. - Manage AI infrastructure, data lakes, ETL processes, and automation. - Apply Generative AI for automating job descriptions, resume parsing, and intelligent recommendations. - Utilize Conversational AI for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-driven HR queries. - Identify business requirements and assess third-party AI tools available in the market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into HRTech solutions. - Build and mentor an AI team to promote a culture of innovation. - Represent RChilli in AI forums, conferences, and industry partnerships. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 5+ years in leadership roles. - Expertise in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics. - Experience in AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks. - Strong proficiency in AI infrastructure, data engineering, and automation tools. - Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
