Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounts department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and risk management.
Ensure effective internal controls and safeguard company assets.
Supervise financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounts and finance, with at least 35 years in a senior management role.
Experience in handling audits, statutory compliance, and financial strategy.
