About the Role

Chhattisgarhi Linguistic Expert

Key Responsibilities

Conduct linguistic training sessions for contributors and guide them in audio recording/transcription/annotation tasks.
Lead a team of 1000+ contributors, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Review, evaluate, and maintain linguistic quality of Chhattisgarhi datasets.
Work closely with research and product teams for standardizing spelling, grammar, and disfluency tagging.
Maintain delivery timelines and ensure smooth workflow management.

Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in
Chhattisgarhi
.
Strong command over Hindi and English (spoken & written).
Previous experience as a trainer, QA lead, or linguistic expert is highly desirable.
Familiarity with transcription/annotation tools will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
