Position: Chemistry Faculty (NEET Focused) Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience & capability) Type: Full-Time (On-site) About the Role :- We are seeking a highly competent and passionate Chemistry Faculty with deep mastery of Class 11th & 12th Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) aligned with the NEET exam pattern. The ideal candidate should not only know the subject but must understand exactly from where questions are asked, how students get stuck, and how to train them for maximum retention and accuracy under pressure. This is not a typical teaching job — we’re building a mission-driven team that transforms average and below-average students into government medical college selections. Key Responsibilities :- Teach Class 11 & 12 Chemistry (NEET level) with clarity, energy, and depth. Be laser-focused on NCERT and all other NEET-relevant sources. Continuously track NEET question trends, paper patterns, and common traps. Ensure students retain concepts through engaging methods like oral questioning, analogies, and memory anchors. Deliver classes that never bore students — clarity, storytelling, examples, and energy are non-negotiable. Mentor students personally — helping them believe they can crack NEET, even if they're average now. Collaborate with the team to improve overall student performance and institute results. Requirements :- Strong command over NEET-level Chemistry (Class 11 & 12) with NCERT-centric teaching. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in NEET coaching or relevant domain preferred. Excellent communication skills — English & Hindi. Ability to make even the most complex topics feel simple and memorable. Must have a passion for teaching average-level students and bringing out their best. Must have high ethical standards — no shortcuts, no inflated promises. Willingness to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Strong classroom presence — you must own the class and make students love Chemistry.
