Job Summary:

To provide high-quality Chemistry instruction to IGCSE and AS/A Level students as per Cambridge curriculum standards, fostering scientific curiosity, conceptual clarity, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level syllabi.
• Design effective schemes of work and lesson plans, ensuring coverage of all curriculum objectives.
• Guide students in mastering both theoretical and practical aspects of Chemistry.
• Conduct regular assessments including formative and summative evaluations as per Cambridge guidelines.
• Prepare students for Cambridge board exams with focused revision, past paper practice, and mock assessments.
• Manage Chemistry laboratory activities, ensuring safe and effective execution of practicals.
• Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving through active classroom engagement.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and provide timely feedback.
• Support students through mentoring, remedial sessions, and academic counseling.
• Participate in school-wide Cambridge training programs, inspections, and curriculum development initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers for interdisciplinary learning and science exhibitions.
