Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chemistry Faculty at FALCON CLASSES INDIA, located in Jind. The Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for teaching Physical Chemistry and other related subjects, developing and updating the curriculum, conducting research, and creating comprehensive lesson plans. The faculty member will also be expected to support students' academic progress and prepare them for competitive exams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching Chemistry, including Physical Chemistry
• Experience in Curriculum Development and creating engaging lesson plans
• Research skills related to the field of Chemistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence
• Previous teaching experience in competitive exam preparation is a plus
• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field is preferred
