Job Description

Chemistry Apprentice Department: Quality Control / R&D / Lab Operations Location: Unnao UP Reports To: Department Supervisor / Lab Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B.Sc. Chemistry graduate for an apprenticeship position. The apprentice will support various laboratory and production activities, gaining hands-on experience in chemical analysis, process monitoring, and quality control under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting chemical experiments and routine laboratory tests. Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples as per standard protocols. Perform basic analytical techniques (e.g., titration, pH measurement, spectroscopy). Record and analyze test results, maintaining accurate lab notebooks and data logs. Support quality control activities by sampling and inspecting raw materials, intermediates, and final products. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and equipment. Support documentation work like logbooks, worksheets, and SOPs. Assist in process monitoring and troubleshooting under supervision. Eligibility Criteria: B.Sc. in Chemistry (Freshers can apply) Basic understanding of chemistry lab techniques and safety protocols Willingness to learn and adapt to industrial working environments Preferred Skills: Strong observational and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and disciplined work habits Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) Duration: 6 months 1 year (Depending on program) Stipend: As per company norms
