Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst with expertise in manual and automation testing to join our team at Sirma Business Consulting India Private Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking and financial applications.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
