As an Executive/Sr Executive Sampling - Chemical at Oriental Aromatics Ltd, your role involves collecting chemical samples from various sources with proper labeling and documentation. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure sample integrity and accuracy. Your duties will include adhering to safety regulations related to chemical handling, managing chemical sample inventory, and maintaining accurate records of sampling activities. Additionally, you will prepare and submit reports on sampling activities, collaborate with other departments, and participate in initiatives to improve sampling processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collect chemical samples from various sources with proper labeling and documentation - Implement and maintain quality control procedures for sample integrity and accuracy - Adhere to safety regulations and procedures related to chemical handling and storage - Manage and track chemical sample inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and proper storage - Maintain accurate records of sampling activities, including dates, locations, and analytical results - Prepare and submit reports on sampling activities, quality control findings, and deviations from procedures - Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and ensure compliance - Participate in initiatives to enhance sampling processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP) and safety protocols - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
