We are seeking a skilled PLC Operator to manage our automated conveyorized dip tank system, critical for pre-treatment before powder coating.
The role involves monitoring processes, ensuring chemical quality, and calculating chemical strength and hardness in a 9-tank system.
Operate and monitor the PLC system for consistent material flow.
Manage chemical concentrations and perform strength/hardness calculations.
Ensure quality control and troubleshoot equipment/process issues.
Conduct maintenance and collaborate on system calibration. Qualifications:
Experience with PLC systems in manufacturing.
Knowledge of chemical handling, testing, and calculations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Manufacturing environment with chemical and machinery exposure.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
