Location – Sarigram (Vapi)

Products - Tire Fabrics & Conveyor Belting
Salary Range - 4.0LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development:
o Conduct training programs for Engineers and Operators on technical and IMS-related topics.
2. Health & Safety:
o Maintain stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
o Ensure proper maintenance of the First Aid Box.
o Enforce adherence to Do’s & Don’ts for COVID-19 prevention.
3. Operational Support:
o Provide technical support to Engineers for resolving process-related issues.
o Troubleshoot Poly process problems in coordination with the Manager/Assistant Manager (Poly) and other Poly Engineers
4. Process Optimization:
o Ensure optimal consumption of inputs in polymer production.
o Promote and implement waste minimization strategies.
5. Housekeeping & Discipline:
o Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the plant.
6. Performance Management:
o Recommend performance appraisals for Operators based on observations and outcomes.
Authority:
Approve changes in operating parameters after due consultation with superiors.
Authorize the issuance of safe work permits.
