Chemical Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chemical Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our team at Mahad MIDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering principles and a passion for experimenting with new chemical chains and reactions. You will play a pivotal role in driving new projects, pilot testing, and advancing our chemical process capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and experiment with new chemical chains and reactions to optimize existing processes and innovate new ones.
• Lead pilot testing of new chemical formulations and processes to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new projects effectively.
• Provide technical expertise in water treatment chemicals and related applications.
• Monitor and improve chemical reactions to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of experiments and test results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during chemical handling and experimentation.
• Stay updated on latest industry trends, technologies, and chemical innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chemical process engineering, pilot testing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment chemicals and their applications.
• Hands-on experience with new chemical reactions and experimental processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of chemical safety protocols and regulations.
• Good communication skills and willingness to innovate.
