We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chemical Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our team at Mahad MIDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering principles and a passion for experimenting with new chemical chains and reactions. You will play a pivotal role in driving new projects, pilot testing, and advancing our chemical process capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and experiment with new chemical chains and reactions to optimize existing processes and innovate new ones. Lead pilot testing of new chemical formulations and processes to ensure feasibility and scalability. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new projects effectively. Provide technical expertise in water treatment chemicals and related applications. Monitor and improve chemical reactions to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of experiments and test results. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during chemical handling and experimentation. Stay updated on latest industry trends, technologies, and chemical innovations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in chemical process engineering, pilot testing, or related roles. Strong knowledge of water treatment chemicals and their applications. Hands-on experience with new chemical reactions and experimental processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Sound understanding of chemical safety protocols and regulations. Good communication skills and willingness to innovate.
