QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Ceramic Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy/BSC/MSC Chemistry/Applied Chemistry), or a related technical field. Freshers may apply; 02 years of experience in a technical/R&D role is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: INNOVATION: Conduct research on new raw materials, chemicals, and processes to develop innovative products and visual effects. Create lab-scale prototypes for trials and customer demonstrations. Stay updated on the latest global trends, technologies, and innovations in the ceramic and materials industries. Continuously contribute to process improvement for enhancing efficiency and quality. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Collaborate with the Pilot Plant team for scaling up lab innovations to pilot and industrial levels. Provide technical support to the Techno-Marketing team for product industrialization and market readiness. Monitor development results, analyse performance, and help fine-tune new formulas or processes. PRODUCT EXHIBITION & SHOWROOMS: Participate in the planning, design, and execution of showrooms and product exhibitions . Coordinate the development of sample products for display using the Pilot Plant or production facility.
