Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Chemical and Labware Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing product sales for chemicals, glassware, plasticware, and laboratory equipment, and providing tailored solutions to meet customers needs. The Sales Executive will actively maintain client relationships, prepare proposals, and assist customers in product selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Business development activities and market research to identify new opportunities will also be integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle product inquiries, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of laboratory chemicals, analytical solvents, lab instruments, and labware (glassware, plasticware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in market research and business development techniques such as strategic planning and investigating market trends.
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Marketing, or any related field; a master's degree or experience in scientific sales is an advantage.
