Job Description

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) provides strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of human resources (HR) in the hospital. The CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the overall hospital mission and strategic direction, particularly in the areas of talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation, labor relations, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
