Chefs – Indian, Continental, Chinese & Tandoor Departments

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and talented chefs specializing in Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for cooking, creativity in presentation, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and management for smooth operations.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in reputed restaurants or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
