Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, and other South Indian delicacies. Your main duties will include ensuring the quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and techniques to deliver authentic flavors to our customers, especially during breakfast hours.
