Bar Manager (with Excise Knowledge)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bar Manager with in-depth knowledge of state excise laws to oversee and manage our bar operations within a hotel setting. Job responsibilities: Bar Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures. Plan and manage bar menus in collaboration with the F&B team and executive chef. Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. Excise & Compliance Ensure 100% compliance with state excise laws and liquor licensing regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date excise records, including stock registers, import permits, and daily sales reports. Handle excise inspections and audits, and liaise with government authorities as required.
